Buyer's premium 25%
A buyer's premium of 25% including VAT is added to the hammer price. This premium is standard at all our auctions and is stated transparently so the buyer knows the total acquisition cost in advance.
- Bid increment — in line with the auction rules; the minimum step depends on the price band.
- Starting price — the lot's opening price published in the catalogue.
- Reserve price — where stated for a lot, the sale is conditional on it being reached.
